Digicam is owned and operated by PT. Digital Hotel Indonesia ("Digicam" or "We"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, process and protect personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") that you ("User") may provide in connection with Digicam services available through the Digicam application ("application"). Personal Data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from such data, or from other data and information to which the organization has or may have access. References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications. By visiting or using the Site, you agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your Personal Data by this Privacy Policy and/or the Website Terms. Please leave the Site immediately if you disagree with the Privacy Policy below.

From time to time, Digicam may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our Personal Data collection and use practices, features of our Site, or technological advances. If we make revisions that change how we collect or use your Personal Data, those changes will be contained in this Privacy Policy and the effective date will be noted at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data will/may be disclosed by Digicam to Digicam-affiliated companies. Digicam (and/or its affiliated companies) may also disclose your Data to third-party service providers, suppliers, or agents for one or more of the above purposes from time to time. In some cases, when you transact directly with third parties to obtain services, or when you use the Site to book hotel rooms or obtain other products or services, we may provide your Data to those hotels or other third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username, and you are fully responsible for all activities related to your username or password. You may only use one Username and password at a time and are not allowed to use more than one Username. Your password is solely for your use, and you agree to keep your password strictly confidential. You agree to immediately notify Digicam of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. For greater security, please ensure that you log out or log out of your account after each use of this Site. You agree that Digicam will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by us, you, or any third party arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

8. Business Transfers

In the event of a change of control or a change of ownership of all or part of the Digicam business or company, including the site, the User's Personal Data may/will be part of the transfer of such assets.

Please note that since we are a company registered in Indonesia, this Privacy Policy has been prepared solely by Indonesian law. We do not represent or warrant that this Privacy Policy complies with the privacy laws of any other jurisdiction and as such, you will not interpret this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, for the exceptions where the law allows an organization such as Digicam to collect, use or disclose your data without your consent, the consent granted by law will continue to apply.
